I also forgot to mention that the pubs in England close ridiculously early and indeed there was a pub yesterday which wasn’t open at all. Huh? What’s that all about? It’s ironic that the pub which was closed was an Irish bar – I just don’t think they really understood the concept.

Oh, and the spirit measures are different which results is a rather disappointing G+T (from what I remember, Ireland’s measures are 33mls but in England it’s 25mls).
