[C&C] also successfully extended the distribution of its Magner cider brand to the greater London area…’Magners has exceeded our expectations in the UK, while Bulmers, with the benefit of good summer weather, delivered strong growth in Ireland,’
One of the best things about Southampton, particularly the Pitcher & Piano bar in Ocean Village, is that you can get pint bottles of Bulmers Magners. And, unlike the way Guinness is treated over here, the bar staff serve it properly; with a pint glass and a large dose of ice. The disadvantage is that it’s so bloody expensive.

I found a local off licence in Bolton that sells pint bottles for 69p!! Having said that, I dont mind paying extra when I am out, it is worth it compared to sloppt larger that some places sell,

Pint bottle of Bulmers (Magners) – £3.80
I don’t know if that’s expensive… But that’s what it costs.

3.80Stg = 5.54EUR according to XE currency converter. That magners had better be made from the best bloody apples from the orchard!
And 5.54EUR for cider is a long f*cking way from selling yellow pack bog roll for C&C CEO Maurice Pratt ….
69p pint bottles of cider must surely come with a healthy dose of anti freeze
