This is my 2nd year of taking part in the Solo Photo Book Month (SoFoBoMo). This year I chose the topic “Broken Houses” — a look at the abandoned houses on the Co. Clare coast. You can download the low-def book PDF from the SoFoBoMo site, or view the flash version embedded below.

Neat idea for a subject. I’m quite partial to ex-houses myself. Don’t understand exactly why, but I’m just drawn to them.

The odd thing is that I can’t stop seeing old houses now… and I think there’s plenty of ideas left in the subject. But I guess the point of a SoFoBoMo book is that you defeat your perfectionist tendencies and actually complete it!
