I defy you not to like this smoothie. It’s like drinking a dessert.
I was just a little bit excited about it last night and it didn’t disappoint after my morning swim:

The yoghurt was an accidental discovery as we’d run out of natural yoghurt and I grabbed what I could. It has a thick, creamy consistency and a really nice, smooth, natural vanilla flavour
I use frozen raspberries because they’re cheaper, easily available all year, keep longer and provide a nice cool smoothie. You can obviously use fresh raspberries if that’s what you have.
